Detox diet for next 5 days
Empty stomach - overnight soaked half spoon each methi, jeera, sauf, coriander seeds, one moti ilaichi and one stick cinnamon, add one inch grated ginger while boilng in the morning boil for 5 minutes strain and add one lemon
Breakfast -
Apple smothie (one apple+half glass toned milk+1 spoon chia seeds+half glass water+6 almonds+6raisins blend everything together)
Or one bowl milk daliya(3 spoon daliya one glass toned milk 6 almonds and 6 raisins)
After 30 minutes cup lemon green tea
Morning snack - one glass vegetable juice or nariyal pani
After 30 minutes one glass Lukewarm water add chia seeds soak for 5 minutes and drink
Lunch -
1. One katori vegetable khichdi
2. one bowl soupy vegetable daliya
3. One vegetable besan cheela withou oil
With one bowl salad
After 30 minutes lemon green tea
Evening snack- one glass lukewarm lemon water added one spoon chia seeds
And one glass fresh fruit juice or one glass tomato soup
Before dinner- half spoon roasted ajweine with water
Dinner -
Apple or papaya smoothie or any mix fruit smothie
Night drink- same drink as morning (soak the Ingredients in the afternoon)
Note- avoid potato, banana, mango, chikoo, grapes
